This piece is based on the health and wellness of inmates. I believe food plays a big part not just on health but on behavior. I find myself asking my Bother when he calls "man what yall ate today". The farm to prison pipeline uses prison labor but they do not get to enjoy the fruits of their labor. Prison reform is a complex issue with many areas to tackle; health being one I pay close attention to.
